Effects of Pioglitazone Pretreatment on the Expression of NF-κB, ICAM-1 and p38MAPK Pathway in Pancreatic Tissue of Rats with Acute Pancreatitis

To investigate the effects of pioglitazone pretreatment on expression nuclear factor kappa B and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 p38 mitogen activated protein kinase pathway in pancreatic tissue rats with acute pancreatitis. 72 specific pathogen-free adult female Sprague–Dawley male were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group (pretreatment group), 24 each group.
